One subscription per certified practitioner you authorize to deliver your program. Unlimited clients per practitioner. Unlimited sessions. No per-client fees, no overage surprises, no usage tax. The creator pays once for the network. Practitioners deliver. Clients experience the program as designed.
You pay for each practitioner you authorize. Your network size is the only variable.
A practitioner counts only when they're actively delivering. Dormant credentials are free.
No per-client fees. Each practitioner can serve as many clients as their practice supports.
The creator pays. Practitioners never see an Auxilison bill — only their certification renewal.
Choose your tier by the number of practitioners you've authorized to deliver your program. Move between tiers at renewal as your network grows. Annual billing comes with two months free.
For one practitioner running their own method. The complete platform, scoped to a single seat.
For creators authorizing a network of practitioners to deliver their methodology. Volume tiering applies as you grow.
For verticals where practitioners deliver shorter, lighter content arcs. Same architecture, scoped resources.
Annual billing rates shown. Monthly billing rates are slightly higher. Prices apply to active practitioners only — those who have at least one client enrolled in the past 90 days.
For certifying bodies, institutional creators, government and research deployments, and creators with 500+ certified practitioners. Custom commercial terms with negotiated per-practitioner rates, contractual SLAs, dedicated account team, white-label options, and the integrations the Custom tier unlocks.
We've designed billing to feel like infrastructure should: predictable, scoped to what you actually use, and never a surprise.
One commercial relationship. The creator's organization holds the subscription, the contract, and the bill. Practitioners are added as authorized seats; they never receive an invoice from us.
A practitioner counts toward billing when they have at least one client enrolled within the past 90 days. Credentialed-but-dormant practitioners remain in your network at no cost — useful for long alumni rosters and seasonal practices.
Each authorized practitioner can serve unlimited clients on the platform. A practitioner with 5 clients and a practitioner with 50 clients cost the same. We've built the platform around scale; you shouldn't pay a tax for using it.
The difference between Studio, Network, and Enterprise isn't features — it's the size of the network the plan supports. The capability surface is the same end-to-end.
The creator authors and oversees. The practitioner delivers and documents. The client engages with their assigned program. Every tier includes all three surfaces, with depth equal to what the largest customers receive — only the network capacity differs.
A small set of capabilities sit outside the standard plans because they involve real variable cost or specialty work. These are typically included in Enterprise contracts, and available as a la carte on Network plans.
Your own branded mobile app on the App Store and Google Play, replacing the Auxilison-branded app for client delivery.
Direct integration with Rupa Health, Evexia Diagnostics, and other lab-ordering services for functional medicine creators.
Nutrition planning tools, supplement dispensing, food databases, and other vertical-specific integrations as they're added.
Bespoke integration development and elevated API access for creators with internal systems or significant data flow needs.
Hands-on setup, program migration, practitioner onboarding sessions, and white-glove launch coordination.
IRB-compliant data handling, structured longitudinal exports, and research-partnership data access for clinical trials.
Beyond your tier's included storage. Most creators never approach the limits; this is for content-heavy programs.
Beyond your tier's included monthly hours per practitioner. Charged only on actual usage above the included pool.
Per-client pricing creates a tax on the creator's reach. Every successful client makes the platform cost more, which is the opposite of how a delivery infrastructure should work. Per-practitioner pricing scales with the size of the network you've authorized — a deliberate decision the creator makes — and lets practitioners serve clients without the platform getting between them and their work.
It also matches how creators already think about their networks. You know how many practitioners you've certified. You don't always know how many clients each of them is seeing. We bill against the dimension you actually manage.
An active practitioner is one who has at least one client enrolled in your program(s) within the past 90 days. The platform tracks this automatically — there's nothing for you to manage. Practitioners who become inactive stop counting at the next billing cycle; practitioners who become active again count immediately.
Credentialed-but-dormant practitioners remain in your network at no cost. They keep their authorization, their training history, and their account — they just don't appear on your bill until they're delivering again.
Not directly to us. Auxilison's commercial relationship is with the program creator. Practitioners receive their seat as part of their relationship with you.
Most creators recover platform cost by including it in their existing certification renewal or membership fee — a small uplift on what the practitioner already pays the certifying body. Practitioners experience the platform as a benefit of their certification, not as a third-party software charge.
Per-practitioner pricing handles this gracefully. A network where some practitioners have 5 clients and others have 50 pays the same per-seat rate across the board. Variation in client load doesn't affect billing — only the count of active practitioners does.
For unusually high-volume use cases (corporate wellness deployments, large async cohorts, very content-heavy programs at scale), our Enterprise tier handles the conversation directly with adjusted economics.
Network Lite is intended for verticals with less intensive content delivery — breathwork, group facilitation, lighter coaching modalities, somatic practitioners running primarily live sessions. It includes the same core architecture but with reduced AI session note hours, lower content storage, and a lower per-practitioner rate matching the lower revenue per practitioner in those verticals.
If you're not sure which tier fits, we'll work it out together in conversation. There's no penalty for moving between tiers as your delivery model evolves.
Yes, transparently published. Each tier includes generous storage and AI processing pools that comfortably cover normal use. Specifically: Studio includes 50 GB storage and 10 hours/month of AI session notes; Network includes 500 GB pooled across the network and 50 hours/month/practitioner; Enterprise is negotiated.
If you approach a fair-use threshold, we tell you well before you reach it. Add-on rates for additional storage ($1/GB/month) and AI hours ($0.50/hour) are published so there are no surprises.
Government and research customers operate on different procurement timelines and require additional compliance posture (BAA, FedRAMP path, IRB-compliant data handling). We handle these through a structured pilot pathway: a flat-fee feasibility phase, then per-participant pricing as the program expands, transitioning to an enterprise contract at scale.
If you're approaching us as a government or research sponsor, mention it when you reach out and we'll structure the conversation accordingly.
Yes. The Studio tier offers a 30-day free trial — no credit card required — that lets you author your program and explore all three surfaces (Creator Studio, Practitioner Workspace, Client App) end-to-end.
For Network-tier evaluation, we run a structured 30–60 day pilot with a subset of your practitioners and a small client cohort. This gives you operational evidence at your real scale before committing to a full network rollout.
Subscriptions are month-to-month or annual at your choice. If you cancel, your data exports cleanly: all program content, client data, assessment results, session history, and outcome data, in standard formats. We've built the export to be portable to any reasonable destination.
We'd rather you stay because the platform earns its keep, not because leaving is hard.
The shape of your network, the methodology you've built, and what you're trying to accomplish. We'll match you to the right tier — and if your situation is unusual, we'll work out commercial terms that fit. There's no script and no pressure.
